What's sad I have legitimately been annoyed in various of the more recent Scooby Doo productions when the voice of "Shaggy" has been done by either Scott Innes or Billy West instead of the real Shaggy... Casey Kasem. They say you can't tell, but you can tell... but this is actually a couple of old episodes, so it's Casey Kasem, who also played Robin on both the late 60s/early 70s Batman series from Filmation and on the Superfriends.

Should have mentioned "from creator Iwao Takamoto" somewhere in the review (for Scooby Doo, not Batman).

Not that I want to get too off-topic here, but, with the recent suicide bombings in Iraq by people in cars, what else are they supposed to do?

Same with the "surrendering" Iraqi soldiers ambushing the American troops when their guard is down... if it keeps up, I hope it doesn't lead to the Americans firing on legitimately surrendering soldiers, but if I'm an American troop that wants to stay alive, it's a tough call.

Sorry; fault on my part. We don't permit discussion of the war here...

I just wanted to vent some frustration I (indirectly) have with the war. :p

Scooby Doo meets Batman 2 was much better since they use the present day Batman. My favorite part is when Shaggy starts giggling and won't stop so Batman kicks him in the stomach.

You know what? I actually did kind of enjoy reading this review, even if it was only intended to stir people up or whatever.

Maybe we SHOULD throw in a few reviews here and there from other genres. I think it does a good job of putting the anime we usually watch into perspective.
