Hola everyone. I was watching some movies on youtube when I came across a link for the Soul Eater video game. I am a huge Soul Eater fan so of course, I wanted to see what this game was all about. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The premise of the game is a fighter, like the Naruto video game series. The graphics of the Soul Eater game were beyond horrible, even though it came out in 2008. I think that a Soul Eater game would have tons of potential if it was made into a fighter with a campaign/story mode or even an RPG. Also, if the right developers would take this project up, I'm positive that they would make a humongous profit from the anime community.
So, what do you guys think? What animes/mangas do you think deserve to be made into video games? Which game developers would be best suited for the job? And how do you think we could make this happen? I posted my list below...check it out! Fullmetal Alchemist - I'm talking about the Brotherhood version. It should definitely be made into a RPG. I could imagine using the Wii remote as the 'chalk' used to draw the alchemy circles or using the Xbox Kinect's motion sensing technology to sense when hands are clapped together to create an alchemy spell. Hellsing Ultimate - Come on, who doesn't want to play as the ultimate badass in anime history?! We would probably have to wait until the series is finished but...who knows how long that would take? Bleach - I know that a Bleach game has already been made but the graphics need to be updated and since spoiler[Ichigo already defeated Aizen] they could keep the fighter format but extend the storyline to the Invasion of Kakakura Town by Aizen. |
