INTEREST: Umineko no Naku Koro ni's Fighting Game Gets Sequel

Also, there's a contest going on for the game CGs. (translation is from anime suki, it's from the blog post)

What we know so far:

* Sizes 1920*1080, 1600*900, and 1280*720 in png format
* Each person can submit up to three images
* Previously released images are allowed, but the submitter must have the rights to them
* Monochrome images are okay
* Images should be all-ages appropriate
* The images might be altered for the game
* They might have to lower the amount they're accepting
* Email should be sent to bbs＠07th-expansion.net, with 黄金夢想曲ＣＧ応募 as the subject.
* Names will be included in the credits, so be sure to include a pen name that you don't mind being displayed.


There's no rules saying overseas entries are not allowed, but remember Ryu07 can't read English, so you might want to get someone to translate your entry e-mail.

I was hoping for this to come, but I never expected it to come so soon. Erika, Erika, Erika~...she'll definitely be playable.

@ninjapet - that's awesome. I wish anime publishers would do that too

I love fighters. Interestingly it seems like the majority of fighters on the "market" have been doujin games for the past couple of years.

So, I guess this means Lambda and Erika will be playable characters in the sequel, eh?

Also, I'd love to enter that game CG contest, but good god only knows if I'd get the picture fully drawn and colored in by the end of this month (I'm awfully slow).

The visual novels can be bought and legally downloaded here. You can then apply The Witch Hunt's english patches to translate them into English.

This service is available in the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Spain, Italy, France, Norway, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Canada, Singapore, Colombia, Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Belgium.

Witch Hunt's translation has been "sort-of-unofficially" sanctioned by 07th Expansion, with whom they get in contact for name spelling clarifications and other such things.

Ougon Musou Kyoku has yet to receive this treatment, though.
