I'm not certain but it looks like the cosplayer dressed up as Len is a girl. If so she might have used a binder to give a more realistic portrayal. Or maybe its just how the clothing happened to appear in the image. Either way they did a good job on the cosplay and they both look cute.

It is a very common practice. In fact, more so than having dudes to cosplay the character.
