I'll sample a few eppies before deciding whether I want this. Glad to see an Anime Legends collection come out, though.

I knew this would happen sooner or later. I'm sorta glad now that I've held off getting the singles.

Well, that only took forever to release. I guess this means it'll be another forever until R2 comes out in box set form. Yay. Hopefully the Haruhi Movie and K-ON will be released in March...hopefully.
In case you don't know, they have the entire first season -dub and subs- on youtube, so you can watch the whole thing legit. Although, I wouldn't recommend watching the first season without the second at hand. Just a heads up. |

Okay now, give me a complete R2 set! Hmm, guess I need to grab the old LE sets then, hope I can still find them.

It's about time!
Here's hoping that they fixed the problems on discs 1 & 2 for this set. |

...That figures. Right in the middle of "Must Save Up For A-Cen" plan.
Ah well, at least they're finally releasing a boxset after how long? |

I've owned Code Geass for a while now. Surprised it took so long to get an economy release.

They should have since I got a replacement disc for that pretty early on (and I'd imagine they wouldn't use discs they knew where bad, they'd still have to make good ones then and it would just make the fans annoyed). |

Yeahhh...if they would repackage defective discs and try to pawn them off on us then they should probably drag their cheap asses back to Japan. I wouldn't put it past them though. In all my years of buying anime, I have had the majority of problems be with my Bandai Ent titles. Be it an audio, video, packaging, shipping, or whatev defect issue, they have done it all. |

Alright, bitches--ante up. Money. Put it down, now, on this:
The amount of time Bandai has left before it goes belly up and takes the long dirtnap. |

I definitely want this. But at the same time that artbox looks real nice .

It's about time Bandai Entertainment moved in this direction, considering all the problems that surrounded their initial release. Unfortunately, this is probably too little, too late. I'm guessing we're not getting this sooner due to, among other issues, Bandai's long history of bad business decisions due to unwise orders and interference from Japan.
