Kids!WB November Schedule

BURBANK, CA (October 27, 2005) – Kids WB is turning November into NEW-vember with a new schedule, new series and new episodes every Saturday morning, all month long. Kids WB will launch its newest Fall series for the 2005-2006 season as Viewtiful Joe joins the Saturday morning lineup, beginning November 5. The NEW-vember lineup also will feature all-new episodes from the new breakout-hits Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island, Johnny Test and Loonatics Unleashed, as well as returning favorites Xiaolin Showdown, The Batman, Pokémon - Advanced Battle and Yu-Gi-Oh! Dawn Of The Duel. Kids also will have the exclusive opportunity to design real Wizard of the Coast Xiaolin Showdown Trading Cards during the “Show Us Your Shen Gong Wu Sweepstakes” and the chance to hit the jackpot during Kids WB's 3rd annual “Backlot Jackpot Sweepstakes.”

ALL-NEW PREMIERE OF ACTION-COMEDY “VIEWTIFUL JOE” ON KIDS' WB!: Beginning Saturday, November 5, the highly anticipated action-comedy series Viewtiful Joe debuts on Kids WB's Saturday morning schedule at 11:30 a.m. ET (10:30 a.m. PT). From Geneon Entertainment comes one of Japan's hottest television series, Viewtiful Joe, which tells the story about Joe – a normal guy with two great loves: his girlfriend Silvia and Captain Blue, an action movie superhero. When Silvia is magically captured through a movie screen by a celluloid monster, Joe gets himself swallowed into the screen to save her. There, Joe meets Captain Blue just as the superhero is about to retire, exhausted from his lifelong battle against villains known as Jadows. With special superpowers bestowed upon him by Captain Blue, Joe transforms into Viewtiful Joe to vanquish the enemies in Movie Land. Introducing breakout characters from the award-winning video game series developed by CAPCOM Co. Ltd., Viewtiful Joe takes place in a fantastical world and features American comic-style character design that is ripe with action and loaded with comedy. The series will be highlighted by 26 episodes of high-action adventures.

KIDS' WB!'S NEW-VEMBER IS STUFFED WITH THOUSANDS OF PRIZES TO WIN: Kids WB and Wizards of the Coast are teaming up with Warner Bros. Animation's Emmy Award-winning series Xiaolin Showdown for the “Show Us Your Shen Gong Wu Sweepstakes,” offering kids the chance to win one of thousands of prizes all month long, beginning Saturday, November 5 through Saturday, November 26. In the ultimate showdown, kids will get the opportunity to create their very own Shen Gong Wu objects. On Saturday, November 12, Kids WB and Toys “R” Us are giving away a jackpot of prizes when they partner in Kids WB's 3rd annual “Backlot Jackpot Sweepstakes.” One lucky Grand Prize winner will get a $2500 Toys “R” Us Gift Card. Additionally, 500 First Prize winners will receive $25 Toys “R” Us Gift Cards. Throughout the morning, viewers will need to keep their eyes peeled as the network takes them onto the sets of their favorite new shows where a “jackpot” may be hidden… Once the location is identified on-air, kids can enter online by logging onto www.Kids WB.com or by sending in a postcard.
