Weekly Shonen Magazine x MediBang Manga Contest Announced
JAPAN, TOKYO - October 14, 2016
After a huge succes collaborating with Shueisha's Shonen Jump+, MediBang is now working altogether with Koadansha to launch the next manga contest that could result in getting your manga published in Japan !

The Winner will get their manga publish in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine's manga app and an editor will get assigned to him/her in order to help develop their manga.
The app's editor will review the entries. But do not worry, entries submitted in English, Korean, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Spanish, French and Russian will be translated in Japanese by MediBang translation team and then submitted to the Weekly Shōnen Magazine app editor.
Entries will be accepted through MediBang's website (https://medibang.com/) until January 12, 2017. Submissions should be completed one-shot stories that are 50 pages long max and can be oriented in either left to right or right to left format.
Grand prize winners will be published on the Weekly Shōnen Magazine's manga app and an editor will be assigned to him in order to help develop their manga. Runners ups will also have an editor assigned to them and receive editor feedback.

Thurs Oct 13th 2016 ~ Thurs Jan 12th 2017, 11:59pm JST (Japanese time)
MediBang's last collaboration contest received over 900 submissions from all over the world which was far more than expected !
