Anime USA Welcomes Steve Blum

Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and Naruto voice actor to appear at Anime USA 2014

Washington D.C. -- August 22, 2014 -- Anime USA is pleased to announced the appearance of popular writer and voice over actor and 2012 Guinness World Record winner, Steve Blum, at this year's convention on October 3-5, 2014.

Have you seen Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo or Naruto? Then you've heard Steve Blum. Known as the "king of anime", Blum's distinctive voice brought life to popular characters, such as Spike Spiegel, Mugen, and Orochimaru.

Other notable roles include Kazuma of s-CRY-ed, Darcia of Wolf's Rain, and Jake Martinez of Tiger and Bunny. And after 4 years off the air, Blum reprised his role as “TOM”, the robotic host of Cartoon Network's Toonami in 2012. Upcoming projects include those of various characters in the upcoming 3D animated movie, The Boxtrolls, and Zeb in Star Wars Rebels.
