One Piece: Romance Dawn Launch Date Announced with Limited Edition Packaging

The swashbuckling journey to become the next Pirate King will commence in the coming months. Namco Bandai Games America Inc. today announced that ONE PIECE: Romance Dawn for the Nintendo 3DS hand-held system will launch both digitally and physically on February 11, 2014 in the Americas. The retail packages will feature a special Limited Edition Holographic Foil packaging and will be sold exclusively at GameStop, Club Namco and EB Canada with each unit individually numbered.

ONE PIECE: Romance Dawn is a RPG based off of one of the world's best-selling manga and takes gamers on a grand voyage with the heroic Straw Hat Pirates as Monkey D. Luffy sets out to find the ultimate treasure—One Piece—and become the next Pirate King. Explore famous stages such as Arlong Park, Drum Kingdom and Thriller Bark, and experience memorable scenes taken straight from the anime. Players will encounter challenging and formidable bosses such as Crocodile, Rob Lucci and Magellan and execute powerful combos and special attacks in exciting and strategic active turn-based battles. ONE PIECE: Romance Dawn will be available at retailers in North America for the Nintendo 3DS at a MSRP of $39.95 and will also be available digitally in both North and Latin America.
