Genericon XXVII Reschedule to the Weekend of February 28 - March 2
TROY, NY (October 18, 2013) – Genericon, the annual student-run anime, science-fiction, and gaming convention held at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is announcing some unfortunate news today.
Due to scheduling conflicts with the Institute, Genericon XXVII is forced to reschedule to the weekend of February 28 - March 2, 2014. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, especially for the vendors, artists and panelists who have already submitted applications. On the bright side, we are no longer scheduled against Katsucon, an issue that was of some concern to several of our attendees. We hope this change doesn't cause too many problems and that you will still be able to join us in March for Genericon XXVII.
