Con-Jikan! Launches Kickstarter for First Year Convention
“The Albuquerque anime con you've waited for!”
Hosted by: Potato Dog Entertainment, LLC in conjunction with UNM Convention Builder's Association
November 16-17, 2013
ALBUQUERQUE, NM – June 10, 2013 - Potato Dog Entertainment, LLC is excited to announce that the Kickstarter for their upcoming anime and video game convention, Con-Jikan!, has launched! Running through June 28th, this Kickstarter campaign gives fans who have been clamoring for an Albuquerque anime convention a chance to contribute to the effort while simultaneously pre-registering for the convention. Fans who donate to donate to the groundswell can count on scoring backer-exclusive goods such as T-Shirts, original art prints, and custom voicemail messages from one (or both!) of Con-Jikan!'s two professional voice actor guests: Kyle Hebert and Cristina Valenzuela.
Kickstarter rewards range from $1 to $1000, and prospective attendees can pre-purchase convention admission for a little as $25, which entitles them to a weekend adult badge, a Kickstarter ribbon, limited-edition artwork of a Con-Jikan! anime mascot (their choice), a printed credit in the convention program, and future campaign updates. As more backers donate, the convention grows to scale, adding more guests, convention parties, and other stretch goals. A link to the Kickstarter campaign can be found at con-jikan.com. For further information, reach out to Convention Chair Justin D Brough ([email protected]).
