The Ultimate Anime Tour to Japan, PacSet's Animated Spring Tour, Confirmed; Signups end January 31
Second Annual Anime tour to Japan will visit Anime Contents Expo in 2013
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - PacSet Tours would like to announce that their signature Anime tour to Japan, the Animated Spring Tour, will stop accepting signups on January 31. The tour is confirmed to depart, but there is still time for anime fans to book the last few seats remaining!
Now in its second year, PacSet's Animated Spring Tour will be visiting Tokyo's top anime hotspots, as well as the Anime Contents Expo trade show in Chiba Prefecture. Destinations on the tour include Akihabara, Nakano Broadway, Shinjuku, Harajuku, the brand new Gundam theme park Gundam Front, and more. In addition, tour guests will also get to ride the famous Himiko ferry boat designed by famed Galaxy Express 999 creator Leiji Matsumoto and picnic under Japan's famous cherry blossoms. An optional extension to the Kansai Area is also available, which gives guests the chance to see the famous temples, shrines, and castles of Kyoto, the neon shopping arcades of Osaka, and Kobe, where one of Japan's hottest up-and-coming otaku shopping areas can be found.
"We're thrilled to have so many anime fans joining us again for the Animated Spring Tour!" says PacSet Director Evan Liu. "We have a lot of fantastic stuff planned for our guests, so we hope they are looking forward to the journey as much as we are!"
Prices for the tour start at $2445, which includes a round trip flight to Japan from Los Angeles. The tour departs March 25 and returns April 1, while guests on the extension will stay until April 4.
