Aksys Games to Provide Distribution Services to Rising Star Games
Rising Star Games selects AKSYS Games to distribute the entire 2012 line-up
TORRANCE, Calif. – April 11, 2012 – AKSYS Games Localization, Inc., a publisher of interactive entertainment software, is proud to announce the partnership with European-based publisher Rising Star Games Inc. AKSYS Games will exclusively distribute Rising Star Games' complete 2012 North American line-up.
Rising Star Games' first title to be introduced to the U.S. is Akai Katana, to be released later this spring for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Akai Katana is a side-scrolling ‘bullet hell’ shooter game set in a parallel world resembling Japan's Taisho period. Utilizing the power behind the world's Blood Swords for leverage, shoot'em up fans will fight alongside their rebel warrior kin as they seek to regain peace and order by taking on a fierce empire of tyranny. AKSYS Games will provide distribution services for Akai Katana, and all subsequent titles throughout the year.
