Anime Crossroads Convention
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - September 19, 2009 - Anime Crossroads, Central Indiana's first and only anime convention and Japanese culture festival, has announced that it will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott East on November 20-22, 2009
Anime Crossroads is dedicated to creating a broader awareness of and appreciation for, Japanese animation by celebrating the richness of this art form. Through cooperation with the community, Anime Crossroads hopes to facilitate growth of the anime, manga and related industries in Indianapolis and beyond. Anime Crossroads also seeks to become a vehicle for sharing and disseminating industry information. Anime Crossroads also provides the community and related industries the opportunity to network and conduct business.
Anime Crossroads chose Indianapolis not only due to growing popularity of anime nationwide, but to mainly serve the many regional fans of Japanese animation and comics including the many established organizations that currently exist in high schools, universities/colleges and independently.
Anime Crossroads is being presented by Gamers! Evolution Expo LLC. GE2 began in 2005, with their first property, Kawaii Kon, based in Honolulu, Hawaii. That particular show has grown in just five years to include an attendance of over 5,000 persons. Since then, GE2 has continued expand with successful shows in Oklahoma, (Izumicon), Miami (Mizucon) and Albuquerque (SWACE).

Pre-registration for Anime Crossroads 2009 is now open. The pre-registration adult fee is $40 ($30 child) until November 19, 2009 for three days of Convention excitement. At the event 3-day tickets will increase to $45 ($35 child). 1 and 2-day passes are also available. For groups of 10 or more that register together will receive a $5 discount.
