On Monday October 18, Anime Limited will release a Collectors Blu-ray edition of Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, a trio of hour-long cinema films set in the world of Psycho-Pass. These films are subtitled-only. The set will contain a 100-page "case files" booklet featuring character and location artwork and staff interviews; and it will also contain a 196-page storyboard book featuring the complete storyboards for one of the three films.

The original Psycho-Pass anime premiered in 2012 and ran for 22 episodes. The 11-episode Psycho-Pass 2 television anime series then premiered in October 2014, and the Psycho-Pass movie opened in Japan in January 2015. Following the Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System films in 2019, the series Psycho-Pass 3 followed in 2020, as well as a film sequel Psycho-Pass 3: First Inspector. All the anime incarnations of Psycho-Pass have been directed by Naoyoshi Shiotani.

MVM will release a Seitokai Yakuindomo Blu-ray Collection on October 4, including the two TV seasons, each running 13 episodes, as well as the film. MVM describes the series:

"When the all-girl Ousai Private Academy goes co-ed, freshman Takatoshi Tsuda finds himself in a situation that most guys can only dream of - one of only 28 boys in a school of over 500 girls! Unfortunately, that fantasy slams into a hard wall of reality when he runs into Student Council President Shino Amakusa and she drafts him onto the council!

"That might not be so bad… except for the fact that Shino, council secretary Aria and even faculty advisor Ms. Yokoshima are all seriously sex-obsessed, while tiny treasurer Suzu has rage control issues, and the head of the school newspaper spends her time peddling candid pictures of the council members! Will this lead to Takatoshi becoming a Big Man on Campus? Or will he end up as the council's whipping boy?"

Ujiie launched the four-panel gag manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2007.

Funimation will release a Blu-ray edition of the first 36-part arc of the American series Robotech; these 36 episodes adapted the 1982 TV series Super Dimension Fortress Macross. (The full title of this set is Robotech: Part 1 - The Macross Saga.) The series is described as follows:

"After a mysterious spaceship crashes into Earth, humanity realizes that they are not alone. Fearing a potential threat from space, the world pushes aside their nationalism, conflicting interests, and cultural differences, unifying under the banner of the United Nations. The newly formed UN forces decide to repurpose the alien spacecraft, naming it SDF-1 Macross. Unfortunately, on the day of its maiden voyage, a fleet of spaceships belonging to a race of aliens known as the Zentradi descend upon Earth, and the SDF-1 Macross, acting of its own accord, shoots down the incoming squadron, sparking an intergalactic war."

On Monday October 18, Studio Canal will release Amazon-exclusive Collectors Editions of two Hayao Miyazaki film by Studio Ghibli: the 1988 film My Neighbour Totoro (pictured right) and the 1986 film Laputa: Castle in the Sky (pictured left). Each edition will include a slipcase, digipack and art cards, as well as the respective film on Blu-ray.

Anime Limited will release new editions of several previously released titles. The 2015 series Lupin III: Part IV (pictured right) will be released on Blu-ray in a subtitled-only edition. The unorthodox superhero series Samurai Flamenco (pictured left) will be released as a new Limited Blu-ray; the 22-part series will be released across four Blu-ray discs in two Amaray cases, both contained in one slipcase.

The feature film Mobile Suit Gundam F91 (pictured right) will be released as a standard Blu-ray. The film Eureka Seven: Hi - Evolution: Anemone (pictured left) will be released on both Blu-ray and DVD - this is the second part of the film trilogy that reworks the original Eureka Seven TV series, with the second film focusing on the character of Anemone.
