Re:Zero Standard Blu-rays and Replacement Scheme

Anime Limited has announced that it will release a standard Blu-ray edition of Re:Zero in two separate volumes, which will both be released on August 19.
Part 1 will include the first 12 episodes, and Part 2 will include episodes 13 to 25. Both volumes will include extras, including clean opening and closing sequences, and short episodes of "Re:Zero ~Starting Break Time From Zero."
Anime Limited confirmed that the Part 1 volume will contain the New Disc master. (It uses the same video materials as Funimation's updated author of Part 1.) Any purchasers of the previous Part 1 Collector's Edition Blu-ray are entitled to a replacement disc.
Purchasers should email [email protected] with the subject heading “Re:Zero Part 1 Replacement Discs”. The email should include the purchaser's full name; and also the full shipping address. Anime Limited will respond with a confirmation, and instructions on where to send the previous discs. Original discs must be sent back for replacements to be provided.
According to Anime Limited, "In terms of a time frame for replacements being shipped, this is likely to occur beginning in mid to late August 2019. We're not putting an exact date on this as it's ultimately going to depend on when we receive the discs."
