Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Reveals 2019's Series Ranking for Male Readers

The 2019 edition of Takarajimasha's Kono Manga ga Sugoi! (This Manga Is Amazing!) guidebook announced its lists of the top manga series on Tuesday. The top 20 on its list of manga for male readers are:
- Heavenly Delusion by Masakazu Ishiguro
- Kongōji-san wa Mendōkusai by Minoru Toyoda
- Astra Lost in Space by Kenta Shinohara
- The Blue Period. by Tsubasa Yamaguchi
- Shūmatsu no Walküre by Shinya Umemura, Ajichika, Takumi Fukui
- Shōwa Tennō Monogatari by Issei Eifuku, Kazutoshi Handō, Junichi Nojo
- Losers ~Nihon Hatsu no Shūkan Seinen Manga-sha no Tanjō~ by Kōji Yoshimoto
- Gokushufudō by Kōsuke Ōno (tied for eighth place)
- Raise wa Tanin ga Ii by Asuka Konishi (tied for eighth place)
- Heaven's Design Team by Hebi-Zou, Tsuta Suzuki, Tarako
- Hokuhokusei ni Kumo to Ike by Aki Irie
- Efu no Shichinin by Takayuki Yamaguchi (tied for 12th place)
- Koko wa Ima kara Rinri Desu. by Shiori Amase (tied for 12th place)
- Kasane by Daruma Matsuura
- Fūto Tantei by Riku Sanjō, Masaki Satou, Shōtarō Ishinomori, Hideaki Tsukada, Katsuya Terada
- For Immortal Children in the Galaxy by Yūki Shikawa (tied for 16th place)
- Getsuyōbi no Tomodachi by Tomomi Abe (tied for 16th place)
- Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku by Yūji Kaku (tied for 16th place)
- The Fable by Katsuhisa Minami (tied for 19th place)
- Warera Contactee by Rui Morita (tied for 19th place)
In 2018, Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu's The Promised Neverland manga topped the Male Readers list, and Nao Iwamoto's Marronnier Ōkoku no Shichinin no Kishi manga topped the Female Readers list. In 2017, Tensei Hagiwara, Nobuyuki Fukumoto, Tomoki Miyoshi, and Tomohiro Hashimoto's Chūkan Kanriroku Tonegawa manga topped the Male Readers list, and Nao Iwamoto's Kin no Kuni Mizu no Kuni manga topped the Female Readers list.
