Persona 3, Persona 5 Dancing Games' Video Previews Shinjiro, Akechi DLC Characters

posted on by Karen Ressler
Both characters are available for both games

Atlus USA began streaming a video previewing the DLC bonuses for Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight on Monday. Those who preorder Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight will receive playable Shinjiro Aragaki and the boss theme "Battle Hymn of the Soul," while those who preorder Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight will receive Goro Akechi and the Persona awakening theme "Will Power." Both DLC will be usable in both games.

The company noted that the digital-only PlayStation Vita version has no preorder period — in this case the DLC will be available for free for two weeks after the game's launch.

Atlus USA will release the games for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America and Europe on December 4, moved up from a previously announced 2019 release window. The games will be available separately and as a "Persona Dancing: Endless Night Collection" that will be available as a hardcover book package or as a digital download.

The releases will feature all of the songs from the Japanese versions. The Western versions will include a full English dub, dual audio options, and English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish subtitles.

Both games launched on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on May 24.

The Persona 4: Dancing All Night game shipped in Japan in June 2015. Atlus USA released the PlayStation Vita game in North America in September 2015 and NIS America released the game in Europe in November 2015. In the game, Persona 4 characters engage in a "dance battle" with the Shadows in the mysterious world of "Mayonaka Stage."
