Last Yuri!!! on Ice Anime Volume Adds New Yuri Exhibition Video

posted on by Egan Loo
6th Blu-ray/DVD volume also bundles coloring book, choreography video, commentaries

The official website for the Yuri!!! on Ice anime announced on Monday that the anime's sixth and final Blu-ray Disc/DVD volume will include "the brand-new exhibition video Yuri Plisetsky GPF in Barcelona EX 'Welcome to The Madness'" on May 26. The video features the "Welcome to The Madness" track from the Oh!Suketora!!! Yuri!!! on Ice Original Skate Song Collection album. The video ties into the manga that Mitsurou Kubo drew as a bonus for people who bought all the home video volumes.

The website posted a promotional video for the exhibition video:

The final home video volume will also include a Yuri!!! on Ice Coloring Book and exclusive booklet. The bonus extras will include Stéphane Lambiel's dialogue recording session video for the finale, audio commentaries for the finale (by Kōki Uchiyama, Toshiyuki Toyonaga, and Kubo), a figure skating choreography video by choreographer Kenji Miyamoto, and the clean opening animation video for episode 11. Character designer Tadashi Hiramatsu again drew the jacket art.

The website also unveiled the visual (below) for the "Yuri!!! on Stage" event on April 29. The event will offer pamphlets, Makkachin-shaped plate light stick, Makkachin fluffy hoodie jacket, the Blu-ray/DVD volumes, and other goods.

The anime premiered in Japan in October, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan. Funimation also streamed an English broadcast dub.
