TOKU to Premiere Ultraman Max Series With English Dub

US TV premiere of tokusatsu series slated for February 27
Olympusat, Inc.'s television channel TOKU announced on Tuesday that it will premiere Ultraman Max with an English dub in the United States on February 27 at 7:00 p.m. EST. TOKU had announced in January that it would premiere the series this month.
Ultraman Max ran in Japan from 2005 to 2006. Crunchyroll added all 39 episodes streaming in Japanese with English subtitles in 2014.
The series was a "return to the franchise's roots," featuring new enemies in each episode and cameos from earlier characters and kaiju.

Update: Olympusat clarified with ANN that it has all 39 episodes.
