Yen Press Licenses The Empty Box and the Zeroth Maria Light Novel

Yen Press announced on Friday that it has licensed Eiji Mikage's The Empty Box and the Zeroth Maria (Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria) light novel.

Yen Press describes the story:

Kazuki Hoshino leads the easy-going life of a typical high school student — until the appearance of a new girl in his class turns his world upside down! Introducing herself with a promise to “break” Kazuki is abnormal enough to make an impression, sure, but why does she seem so familiar…?

Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko imprint debuted the first novel in the series in 2009, and published the seventh and final volume on June 10, 2015. Artist 415 provided the illustrations.
