Emi Nitta Event Will Require Bag Searches, Pat-Down Checks

The official website of voice actress Emi Nitta's "Nitta Emi no Emusic Magic" radio program announced last week that her "Tsunraji 100-kai Kinen 'Emi no Ie ~Natsu no Omoide Seisakujo~'" event on August 20 will require bag checks and pat-down searches for all attendees. In addition, attendees are required to bring identification, and are prohibited from bringing sharp objects, sprays, or other objects that could injure a person.
Nitta indefinitely postponed "Emint Night," her weekly Wednesday Nico Nico livestream program, last month. She was recently the subject of rumors of allegedly having appeared in an adult video. Tokuma Shoten's Weekly Asahi Geinō magazine ran an article about Nitta having appeared in an adult video on April 5, and the rumors spread the night before the article debuted. Nitta's agency S Inc. issued a statement saying that Nitta "confirmed that the person featured in the various articles is not herself," and denied the rumors.
Nitta debuted as a voice actress in 2010, and debuted as a solo singer in 2014 with her “Egao to Egao de Hajimaru yo!” (It Starts With a Smile and a Smile!) CD single. Nitta is known for her roles as Honoka in the Love Live! School idol project franchise, as well as Ricca in D.C.III ~Da Capo III~ and Tokoha in Cardfight!! Vanguard G.
