Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom Game's Gameplay Trailer Shows Combat

Game based on Wonder Boy/Monster World series slated for release next year
Game publisher FDG Entertainment began streaming a gameplay trailer for Game Atelier's upcoming Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom game last week. The trailer previews the game's platforming and combat mechanics.
The game is slated for release next year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
The game is based on Sega and Westone Bit Entertainment's Wonder Boy and Monster World 2D platforming game series. Yuzo Koshiro, Motoi Sakuraba, Michiru Yamane, Keiki Kobayashi, Takeshi Yanagawa and Haruka Shimotsuki worked on the game's soundtrack. Game Atelier revealed the game earlier this year under the title Monster Boy and the Wizard of Booze.
