School of Ragnarok Fighting Gameplay Videos Feature More Characters

Square Enix began streaming two new gameplay videos for its upcoming School of Ragnarok arcade game this week.
The first video features Ivor de Dacart (voiced by Natsuki Hanae) vs. Ema (Saori Hayami).
The second features Smile Heart (Nao Tōyama) vs. Sengokumaru (Hiroaki Hirata).
The game will allow players to customize avatars, become a student at one of the game's schools, and then battle other players' avatars. Depending on the school, the players' weapons and "school guardian" will change. Other playable school guardians include Valhallades (Fumihiko Tachiki), Lucy (Chiaki Takahashi), Urushihara Ukiyo (Yūma Uchida), and Star Cook (Tomoko Kaneda).
Square Enix will release the game in arcades on August 27. Mistwalker's Kimihiko Fujisaka will design the characters, and monaca's Keiichi Okabe will compose the music. Square Enix game producer Takamasa Shiba and Spike Chunsoft game scenario-writer Kazutaka Kodaka are also involved in the project.
