Odin Sphere Leifthrasir HD Remake Headed to N. America

Game slated for 2016
Atlus USA announced on Friday that it will release the HD recreation of the Odin Sphere PlayStation 2 game, Odin Sphere Leifþrasir (romanized Odin Sphere Leifthrasir), in North America for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita in 2016. The company has not yet revealed details on a European release.
The Japanese cast of the five main protagonists is returning for the new game.
- Ayako Kawasumi as Gwendolyn
- Daisuke Namikawa as Cornelius
- Mamiko Noto as Mercedes
- Susumu Chiba as Oswald
- Miyuki Sawashiro as Velvet
Atlus and Vanillaware are collaborating on the game, which will debut in Japan on January 14, 2016. Atlus USA released Vanillaware's original Odin Sphere game for PlayStation 2 in 2007.
