Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires Game's Opening, Gameplay Videos Streamed

Western release of game releases in North America, Europe later this month for PS3. PS4, Xbox One, PC

Koei Tecmo America began streaming the opening video and a gameplay video of character Xun Yu for the upcoming western release of Dynasty Warriors 8: Empires on Sunday.

Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires (Shin Sangoku Musou 7: Empires) is slated for January 27, 2015 in North America and January 30 in Europe. The game will be available in the West for PC via Steam in addition to all three console versions of the game.

The game is an update to Dynasty Warriors 8 and Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends (Shin Sangoku Musou 7: Mōshō-Den). This year marks the 15th year of the Sangoku Musou game franchise.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends shipped in North America and Europe for PS3, PS4, and PlayStation Vita in March and Dynasty Warriors 8 shipped last year. Koei Tecmo also released Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends and Dynasty Warriors 7: Empires in North America.
