Tokyo Game Show Draws 251,832 Across 4 Days

Tokyo Game Show 2014 reported an attendance of 251,832 over the course of four days (September 18-21) this past week. That is less than last year's record total of 270,197, but more than 2012's 223,753. A record 421 companies and organizations participated, including 202 overseas ones.
27,786 came on the first business day for industry professionals, and 28,647 came on the second business day. The first public day drew 92,308, followed by 103,091 on the second. A person who attends all four days would be counted four times.
Next year's Tokyo Game Show will run from September 17 to September 20 at the same Makuhari Messe center in Chiba.
