Live-Action Resident Evil 6 Film Planned as the Last One

Live-action Resident Evil film franchise producer Paul W.S. Anderson stated in an interview with film website Collider that he is penning the first draft to Resident Evil 6 film and that it is tentatively titled Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. Anderson confirmed that he is planning the film as the last of the franchise.
The first zombie apocalypse film based on CAPCOM's survival horror game series premiered in 2002 with actress Milla Jovovich as protagonist Alice.
The film currently has no set release date, but Anderson is writing the script with 3D film-making in mind.
