New Teaser Reveals Compile Heart's Neptunia VII Will Be Released for PS4

Compile Heart began streaming the “Ikuze, Neptune” version of a promotional video for its upcoming Shin Jigen Game Neptune VII (New Dimension Game: Neptunia Victory II) video game on Monday. The video, hosted by a chimpanzee and a pig, reveals that the game will be released for PlayStation 4.

Naoko Mizuno, director Shingo Onodera, and character designer Tsunako will return to the development team for the newest installment in the Neptunia franchise. The game will revolve around a girl that looks similar to series heroine Neptune and a new character named Uzume Ten'ōsei who fight alone in the mysterious Zero Dimension.
The game is slated to ship in Japan sometime this year.
Idea Factory International will release Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 in retail stores and digitally in North America this summer. NIS America released Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection (Kami Jigen Idol Neptune PP) for the PlayStation Vita on June 3 in North America and June 6 in Europe.
