2014 Godzilla Film's Asia Trailer Unveils New Monsters

The official channel for next month's Godzilla film began streaming its trailer for Asian territories on Monday. The trailer gives a better glimpse of a flying monster and a strange, organic-looking structure in a city that will appear in Gareth Edwards' remake of the classic monster film.

The film's cast lineup includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanabe, David Strathairn, Bryan Cranston, Richard T. Jones, Juliette Binoche, and Sally Hawkins. The film will open in 3D, 2D, and at IMAX theaters on May 16.
Attendees of California's WonderCon Anaheim saw an exclusive extended clip from the film earlier this month. That clip showed the events leading up to the devastating tsunami scene seen in the earlier trailers, and it show more of the monster seen in this latest trailer.
