5pb. Games told ANN that the developer does not have any plans to have Steins;Gate: Hiyoku Renri no Darling animated, and apologized for its website giving that wrong impression.
The audition page for "Stand Up! Project," 5pb.'s contest for aspiring idols, listed the logo for 5pb.'s Steins;Gate: Hiyoku Renri no Darling video game spinoff above the following text:
TV Anime Theme Song!
We are making the original work for an anime, so there is a chance to sing the theme song!
