Animazement to Host Musical Guest Kotoko

Animazement announced on Friday that J-pop singer KOTOKO will attend its anime convention in Raleigh, North Carolina on May 23-25.
Animazement previously hosted KOTOKO in 2012 and she made her North American debut at Anime Expo in 2005.
KOTOKO performed her first anime theme song in 2001 for the television series Please Teacher!. She later performed opening songs for television series such as Hayate the Combat Butler, Destiny of the Shrine Maiden, Shakugan no Shana, and Accel World. Her latest anime theme song performance was for the 2013 series Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS.
Animazement announced last month that voice actress Lauren Landa (Redline, Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians, Madoka Magica) and animators from Studio Trigger (Kill la Kill, Little Witch Academia, Inferno Cop) will also attend the convention.
