Gakuen Alice's Tachibana Higuchi to Draw Manga One-Shot
posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
This year's fifth issue of Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine announced on Wednesday that Tachibana Higuchi will publish a 100-page Manga ONE-shot in the seventh issue next month.
Higuchi ended the Gakuen Alice manga last year after 31 compiled volumes and a decade-long run. Gakuen Alice inspired a 26-episode television anime series in 2004-2005. Right Stuf released the series on DVD in North America.
The Gakuen Alice manga and anime revolve around a seemingly ordinary girl named Mikan who decides to enroll in a magical school to follow her best friend. Mikan strives to prove herself worthy of being in the school.
