Caterpillar Manga Continues After Original Artist's Passing

Tokisada Hayami draws Shinya Murata's story after Isuka Hakozaki's passing last year

The March issue of Square Enix's Monthly Gangan magazine published the next chapter of Shinya Murata's Caterpillar manga on Friday. The series is continuing with new artist Tokisada Hayami after the passing of the original artist Isuka Hakozaki. Hakozaki is credited as the original character designer.

Hakozaki passed away suddenly last year at the age of 27. Caterpillar was his first manga work, and three compiled volumes were released before his death.

Caterpillar is a spin-off work of Murata and Shinsen Ifuji's Arachnid manga series currently running in Square Enix's Gangan Joker magazine.
