New Rurouni Kenshin Manga Spinoff to Be About Enemy Characters

Novelist Kaworu Kurosaki revealed during her Otakon Vegas panel on Friday that the new Rurouni Kenshin spinoff manga, which her husband Nobuhiro Watsuki is now preparing, will be about enemy characters. She invited the panel's audience to suggest which characters should get the spotlight, and she promised to give those suggestions — Enishi and Yumi — to Watsuki.
Watsuki had to cancel his scheduled appearance at Otakon Vegas "due to a new Rurouni Kenshin project that just came in." Manga writer Riichirō Inagaki (Eyeshield 21) took his place.
