Live-Action Patlabor Project's 4 Directors Listed

Mamoru Oshii's live-action The Next Generation -Patlabor- series and film project will have four directors. Oshii will serve as chief director, director, and writer for the project. Takanori Tsujimoto (Bushido Man, Red Tears/Monster Killer, Killers' "Perfect Partner") will direct episodes 2, 4, and 8; Kiyotaka Taguchi (MM9 -Monster Magnitude-, Neo Ultra Q, Gehara) will direct episodes 9 and 10; and Hiroaki Yuasa (Shin Onna-tachiguishi Retsuten) will direct episodes 3, 5, and 11. The 12 episodes (plus one prequel episode 0) will be split across the seven parts of the series.
The first part is set to premiere on April 5, 2014 in the Shinjuku Piccadilly and other theaters, followed by the rest of the seven parts:

Part 3: July 12, 2014
Part 4: August 30, 2014
Part 5: October 18, 2014
Part 6: November 29, 2014
Part 7: January 1, 2015
Each episode is projected to be about 48 minutes long, with the prequel episode 0 scheduled for about 10 minutes. Finally, the feature-length film directed by Oshii will open during Japan's Golden Week holidays in spring 2015, and it is expected to run about 100 minutes long.
