Princess Zelda Confirmed For 3DS/Wii U Super Smash Bros.

Princess of Hyrule has been playable fighter since Super Smash Bros. Melee
The official website for the Nintendo's new Super Smash Bros. video game for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U systems announced on Sunday that Princess Zelda from the The Legend of Zelda series is returning to the fighting game as a playable fighter. Zelda has been available as a playable fighter in the series since Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Nintendo GameCube.
Super Smash Bros. director Masahiro Sakurai commented on Zelda's addition, saying, "...To celebrate the launch of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds in Japan, Zelda joins the battle!! It's great to see so many female characters this time around."
Both versions of the game are scheduled to be released sometime in 2014.
