Tecmo Koei Develops Warriors-style Game for Zelda Franchise

Link fights hordes of enemies in Wii U game slated to ship in 2014
Nintendo global president Satoru Iwata announced during the Nintendo Direct streaming presentation on Wednesday that Tecmo KOEI Games is developing a Warriors/Musou-style game for the Legend of Zelda franchise.
The temporarily-titled Hyrule Warriors game is slated to ship next year for the Wii U. Iwata noted that the game is not the next main installment in Nintendo's Legend of Zelda series, but a new game that will bring the "tried and true action gameplay of Tecmo KOEI's Warriors series to the world of Zelda."
Tecmo KOEI Games has also developed Warriors games for the Gundam and One Piece franchises.
