Girls & Panzer's Anzio Video Anime Previewed in Ad

12 Japanese theaters to screen OVA about Anzio Girls High School next spring

A television commercial for "Kore ga Hontō no Anzio-sen Desu!" (This Is the Real Anzio Battle!), next year's Girls und Panzer original video anime (OVA) project, began airing in Japan.

12 theaters in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and other parts of Japan will screen the OVA in next spring. Ōarai Girls' Academy's battle against Anzio Girls High School in the 63rd National High School Senshadō Tournament will feature three new characters: Anchovy, Carpaccio, and Pepperoni. Mechanical designer Hajime Katoki is contributing to the storyboards.
