The official website for the anime of Rikō Anzai's four-panel manga Oneechan ga Kita (My Big Sister Arrived) announced the series' cast last week.
The cast includes:
Aimi Terakawa as Tomoya Mizuhara
Juri Nagatsuma as Ichika Mizuhara
Ibuki Kido as Mina Fujisaki
Omi Minami as Ruri Hayasaka
Marina Inoue as Marina Mochizuki
Yū Kobayashi as Mitsuru Hanazono
Misuzu Togashi as Takayoshi Hayasaka
Fumi Morisawa as Yūko Mizuhara
Kenji Hamada as Masaya Mizuhara
Kouji Takahashi as Sōichirō Fuji
The story revolves around Tomoya Mizuhara, a 13-year-old boy who suddenly gains a big sister when his father remarries. 17-year-old Ichika is a little strange, and her affection for Tomoya is rather overwhelming, if not scary. On top of things, Ichika's friend Ruri is the ultimate sadist. Then there is Ichika's big-breasted quarter-Japanese friend Marina.
Yoshihide Yuuzumi (Yurumates3Dei) is directing the series at studio C2C (Yurumates3Dei) and Takeshi Oda (Yurumates3Dei) is designing the characters. The series will run for 12 three-minute episodes beginning January 8 on Tokyo MX TV.
The manga began in Manga Life, although it has also appeared in the sibling magazine Manga Life MOMO. Takeshobo will publish the third book volume of the manga in January.
