Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Music Previewed in Video
posted on by Jennifer Sherman
Nintendo began streaming a promotional video on Thursday that features music from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. The video includes the songs "Hilda's Theme," "Ravio's Theme," and "Yuga's Theme" from the upcoming game.
The game, which will be for Nintendo 3DS and 2DS, is the follow-up to The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The game will be set in the same world as A Link to the Past, but it will take advantage of the 3D screen of the Nintendo 3DS to give players a better sense of a dungeon or maze's multiple levels in three dimensions. Players can also put Link in 2D "Paper" mode to slide along walls and around obstacles.
Nintendo confirmed this week that it will release the limited-edition Triforce Nintendo 3DS XL and Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds bundle in North America. The bundle will ship in North America on November 22, the same day that the standalone game ships. The gold-colored 3DS XL (known as 3DS LL in Japan) will then debut in Japan on December 26 for 22,800 yen (about US$230).
