Ghibli, Frank Marshall Produce The Wind Rises' English Dub

Studio Ghibli International announced that it will produce the English-language dub for Hayao Miyazaki's The Wind Rises film with producer Frank Marshall. Marshall was the executive producer of the dubs for From Up On Poppy Hill, The Secret World of Arrietty, and Ponyo.
Disney will release Studio Ghibli and Hayao Miyazaki's The Wind Rises anime film in North America. The European film distribution and sales company Wild Bunch and Studio Ghibli are teaming up again to offer the film in Europe, and Disney will distribute the film in France.
The Wind Rises opened in Japan on July 20 and according to The Hollywood Reporter, has earned US$80 million (about 8 billion yen) to date.
