Dwango's Nobuo Kawakami Appointed as Khara Board Director

Anime studio Khara revealed that Dwango chairperson Nobuo Kawakami is a new board director of the company. (He was not listed in the company's roster last month.) Khara is the studio that is producing the ongoing Evangelion film series. Kawakami also served as a "producer-in-training" at Studio Ghibli. Dwango's subsidiaries include Niwango, which runs the Niconico service.
