Monogatari Series 2nd Season Anime's Kabukimonogatari Promo Streamed

The official website for the Monogatari Series Second Season anime began streaming the promotional video for the anime adaptation of NisiOisin's Kabukimonogatari novel on Thursday. The promotional video is narrated by Koyomi Araragi (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya), who explains that he will look back at the past of Mayoi Hachikuji along with Mayoi, the lost girl who died over ten years ago.
Akiyuki Shinbo is directing the series and is acting as series script supervisor along with Fuyashi Tou. Akio Watanabe is serving as character designer and chief animation director at SHAFT, and Satoru Kousaki is handling the music. The cast remains unchanged from Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari.
The "second season" arc of the Monogatari series will cover the material from six volumes of the original light novel series in two cours or half a year.
The anime premiered in Japan last month, and Crunchyroll is streaming the anime outside of Japan as it airs. Aniplex of America announced in June that it has acquired the rights to both Nekomonogatari (Black) and Monogatari Series Second Season. The new streaming service Daisuki is also streaming Monogatari Series Second Season.
