Precure Singer Aya Ikeda to Perform at Anime Expo

Anime Expo announced on Wednesday that it will host Heartcatch Precure!, Suite Precure, and Smile Precure! singer Aya Ikeda as an industry guest during the July 4-7 event in Los Angeles. In addition to the three Precure television series themes, Ikeda also performed the theme song for the The Kindaichi Case Book: Black Magic Murder Case (Kindaichi Shōnen no Jikenbo: Kuro Majutsu Satsujin Jiken-hen) video anime. Ikeda has also sang theme songs for a variety of online games.
Aya Ikeda will be performing her anime songs at a free concert on Thursday, July 4. The show will also feature the five-member Japanese DJ, dance, and vocal group CARAT.
Previously-announced guests of Anime Expo include: Steins;Gate character designer huke, Production I.G founder Mitsuhisa Ishikawa, producer Nobuhiro Kikuchi, director Kazuchika Kise, Japanese rock band Porno Graffiti, Attack on Titan producer George Wada, Kick-Heart director Masaaki Yuasa, voice actress Megumi Han, animation director and character designer Keigo Sasaki, voice actor Kazuhiko Inoue, screenwriter Mari Okada, character designer Noizi Itō, visual kei musical acts Kaya and Moon Stream, and director Kazuhiro Furuhashi. Host Danny Choo, DJ RAM RIDER, cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao, and voice actors Eric Vale, Christopher R. Sabat, Kyle Hebert, and Johnny Yong Bosch will also attend.
