Man Arrested for Uploading Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai to Foreign Site

The Yamagata Prefectural Police's Consumer and Environmental Protection Division and the Sagae City Police Station arrested a 43-year-old unemployed Sagae man on Thursday on suspicion of uploading anime without authorization. The suspect allegedly uploaded the ninth episode of the Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai! (Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!) to a server of FC2, a video-streaming site run by the California-based FC2, Inc., on January 9. According to the authorities, the suspect admitted to the charges "to gain attention on the site." The case was referred to Yamagata district prosecutor's office on Friday.
