Wild Adapter Resumes in Latest Issue of Monthly Comic Zero-Sum Ward

Kazuya Minekura (Saiyuki) resumed her Wild Adapter "hard-boiled action" manga in the latest issue of Ichijinsha's Monthly Comic Zero-Sum Ward magazine on Thursday. The issue featured Wild Adapter on its cover and opening page and bundled a Wild Adapter desk pad and application for a special Tosho Card book gift card.
A Saiyuki and Wild Adapter event will be held at Chiba's Makuhari Messe event hall on July 14.
The manga launched in Tokuma Shoten's bimonthly Chara magazine in 2000, but then it switched publishers to Ichijinsha in 2011. Ichijinsha has since republished the six compiled volumes of Wild Adapter. Minekura herself went on hiatus from her manga work in late 2010 due to surgery.
