1st Gargantia Blu-ray Box Delayed by 1 Month

The official blog for the Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet television anime announced on Wednesday that the first Blu-ray Box has been delayed from July 26 to August 28. The staff cited production delays in the episode 14, the "Haikyō Sendan" original video anime.
The staff emphasized that the second and third Blu-ray Boxes have not been delayed. The team acknowledged that parts of the episodes 5 and later are not as good as they could be in their broadcast versions, and the Blu-ray Boxes will have improved quality.
