New Yozakura Quartet TV Anime Assembles Videos' Cast, Staff

The cast and staff for the new Yozakura Quartet ~Hana no Uta~ television series were revealed on the anime's official website. The new television series is not a continuation of the previous one, but a reboot that incorporates new story elements starting from episode 1.
The new anime has the same cast as the first anime series and the recently announced Yozakura Quartet ~Tsuki ni Naku~ original video anime (OVA) series:
- Misato Fukuen as Hime Yarizakura
- Yūki Kaji as Akina Hiizumi
- Saki Fujita as Ao Nanami
- Miyuki Sawashiro as Kotoha Isone
- Daisuke Ono as Kyōsuke Kishi
- Haruka Tomatsu as Tōka Kishi
The staff is different from the 2008 anime series, but the same as Tsuki ni Naku, with Ryo-timo designing the characters and directing the anime at Tatsunoko Productions. Kiyotaka Suzuki is serving as assistant director while Manabu Ishikawa is writing the scripts.
The Tsuki ni Naku OVA will be bundled with the limited edition volumes of the 14th, 15th, and 16th volumes of the manga, the first of which will be released on September 9.
