Katsuya Terada also nominated for The Monkey King manga
The 2013 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards panel of judges has announced its nominees for the best works in the comic book industry on Tuesday. Katsuya Terada was nominated for Best Painter/Multimedia Artist (interior art) for The Monkey King volume 2, released by Dark Horse Comics.
Four manga titles are vying for the Best U.S. Edition of International Material—Asia award:

Yen Press also received a nomination for Best Publication for Early Readers (up to age 7) for Sara Richard's Kitty & Dino graphic novel.
The results in all categories will be announced in a gala awards ceremony on the evening of Friday, July 19 at Comic-Con International in San Diego.
